REFUND POLICY

We aim to develop happy customer relationship by providing simple refund policy. All refund related complains are considered within 30 days of the purchase.

WE WILL PAY BACK:

  • The software you have ordered from us is not in full version
  • Our customer care service is not able to guide you well during installation process
  • If the full version of the software is not similar to the demo version

REFUND IS INVALID:

  • The refund policy will not work if the client has made shopping of any of our program without trying its demo version
  • If 40% of process is done by the software you have purchased from us

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • You have made shopping of a wrong product
  • Email is misdirected
  • The activation date of the software is bounced
  • Activation email is goes into spam by your email client
  • Creating miss-interruption while our technical support team is guiding
  • Your computer fails to run the software because the basics required for the application is not available in your computer
  • You have missed the data of returning (after 30 days)
  • You have damaged the product due to your own fault
